Refunds are granted at our discretion and are not guaranteed unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Items that can be exchanged or refunded include:
- Domains purchased from our marketplace that have proven to have an active Google Manual Action Penalty.
To complete your exchange or refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. In the case that we transfer a domain to you, you will need to transfer the domain back to us. If that is not possible for you, you may not be eligeable for an exchange or refund.
